At Moto Chika Response, the success of our economy is, in part, down to a significant level of inward commuting, highlighting the importance of maintaining and enhancing local and strategic road and rail networks. We have a highly skilled resident workforce, though much of these skills reside in older workers. Skills levels in younger age groups are lower than in other areas and we face problems attracting and retaining graduates.
